Fitness Room Fundamentals Are you new to the Fitness Room at HCC?
Do you have questions on how to use the
equipment in the fitness center?
Fitness Room Fundamentals
is a 3 week program. This class will teach you how to operate
the equipment so you can maximize you time in the Fitness
Center. Each session will focus on different exercises for
each muscle group that can be performed with the equipment and how
it can be adjusted and customized for your personal workout.
The program will focus on all areas in the weight room including the
cardio vascular and strength training equipment.
Class size is limited to 6
participants. This program is for members 16 years and
older.
Personal Fitness Training at
HCC Whether you are new to exercise or an
accomplished athlete, Fitness Solutions can provide you with a
balanced program including muscle strengthening and
conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility,
and endurance. Our personal training programs provide
safe, effective, and affordable programs customized to meet
your individual goals. Our programs are designed to help
you look better and feel better, as well as give you more
energy.
Sessions are flexible with 30 -
60 minute packages
available.
These are one-on-one and semi-private
group sessions and are available by appointment to fit even the

Yoga For Strength and
Flexibility A Hatha
yoga class that focuses on strength and flexibility. This
class combines postures to improve muscular strength with postures
to improve flexibility. Core muscles will also be strengthened
in this class. Breathing techniques will also be explored to
calm the mind and body. A great class to get yourself in shape
for golf or tennis season!!
Total Body
Conditioning This
60-minute muscle conditioning class is designed to burn fat and
calories and sculpt your total body. This class will blend
standing, seated, and floor routines to target three areas:
upper body, lower body and abdomen. This class will
incorporate lots of fun activities with stability balls, resistance
bands, and interval training. Total body conditioning will
increase your energy, reduce stress, and tone your body!
Class size is limited to 6
participants.
