There are many classes available to fit every age and every level of fitness.  Feel free to 'drop in' and take a class.  New members can try any class free of charge charge.

Super Sculpting

A 60 minute muscle conditioning class designed to burn fat and calories and sculpt your total body.  Individually targets three areas: upper body, lower body, and abdomin.  This class will blend standing, seated and floor routines to work each muscle from various angles and positions.  It includes all the classics from dumbell rows to squats and lunges.  Super sculpting will increase your energy, reduce stress and tone your body.

20 classes - $180.00
15 classes - $150.00
$10 classes - 110.00

Low Impact Aerobics

This 60 minute workout burns fat, reduces stress, and improves cardiovascular health.  A variety of fast paced floor routines will keep you moving throughout the class.
